Continental US Shipping:  Shipping price is for Federal Express Ground in the continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii and International will be additional. If mailing outside the continental US, or if expedited shipping is required, Customer will be contacted by our office for approval and payment for additional costs before order is shipped.

Pick-Up:  The pickup location is at Corporate Incentives, 27329 Spectrum Way, Conroe, TX 77385.
